- Work within the Email team on email campaigns where the campaign requires coding of dynamic content, coding the creative assets from flat file images to HTML and landing page set up

Responsibilities
- Key management of select client base in MENA
- Compose and execute online technology strategic plans and implementations across client base
- Interface with relevant internal and client stakeholders to accomplish business and implementation strategies
- Provide online, strategic and business insights to clients and the rest of the company
- Responsible to meet and exceed budget objectives as per revenue plans
- Responsible for establishing business opportunities within the existing account base

This is achieved by:
- Maintaining daily contact with clients to build relationships and communicate goals, measure progress, and maximise performance for Acceleration online practice areas
- Analysing of campaigns and projects to improve quality of service and assess customer needs, resulting in a 100% customer retention rate
- Facilitating knowledge sharing sessions within company
- Supplying clients with online marketing and technology insights, by keeping up to date with current international trends through various online resources, including but not limited too, RSS feeds, blogs, newsletters etc.
- Managing monthly budgets - responsible for reaching set targets
- Implementing and managing technical projects and strategies

 

Skills/Requirements

- Tertiary education, preferably in marketing
- Preferably 3 years or more account management work experience
- Skilled in resource allocation and capacity planning
- Strong business/commercial / marketing acumen
- Skilled in the formulation and execution of marketing plans
- Good understanding of technology and project implementation

- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule
- At least 3 years Microsoft Windows Server administration experience
