As a Senior Business Director, Carla works with her clients to bridge the gap between marketing and technology. She draws on her deep experience and understanding of marketing and the digital media industry to articulate strategic insights for clients.
She uses data, research and visibility of the market to help clients develop innovative, competitive solutions and better organise their resources to achieve their business and commercial goals.
Carla joined Acceleration in 2004. She spent six years as the Director of our Publisher Ad Operations team. During this time, she applied her years of experience in ad operations by guiding her team and advising publisher clients on industry best practices.
She helped clients optimise their online return on investment by developing solutions and workflow processes that improve results, particularly around advertising revenues, sell-through rates, yield maximisation and digital ad operations.
With a strong focus on client objectives, financial metrics and operational excellence, she is accountable for client revenue growth as well as leading digital transformation consulting engagements for some of Wunderman’s most strategic global clients.
But it’s her ability to create spaces for her clients to question, to learn, and to engage, acquire internal capability and become the digital leaders they wish to be that really sets Carla apart. Here she works from broad and deep knowledge of engineering, business process, data and technical expertise, while considering the people both behind and in front of transformation engagements. It’s an approach that has scored success for many clients, including HSBC, Barclays, Sky Media, Zoopla Property Group, ESPN, AT&T, NBC, The Weather Channel, the National Trust and UEFA.
